It is particularly effective for removing odors, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and toxic gases including benzene, xylene, hydrogen sulfide, and ammonia.

Working Principle

UV Photolysis: High-energy ultraviolet lamps (185nm and 254nm wavelengths) break chemical bonds in gas molecules, decomposing pollutants into smaller compounds like CO₂ and H₂O.
Ozone Oxidation: UV light converts oxygen (O₂) into ozone (O₃), a powerful oxidant that further neutralizes harmful substances.
Catalytic Oxidation: Titanium dioxide (TiO₂) catalyst coating forms active radicals under UV excitation, accelerating pollutant degradation.
Standard Compliance: Treated exhaust converts to harmless substances meeting environmental emission standards.
